Our Suds Story

We are Jean and Dino. We started Suds Sustainable Pods in 2020 to reduce plastic waste from household cleaning products.

We both left our stable jobs because we believed Suds could create real change and help reduce plastic pollution in the Philippines. We offer concentrated household cleaning products in water-soluble film that deliver a deep clean without the plastic waste. Our products are All Purpose Cleaner pods, 5-in-1 Laundry Detergent pods, and Handwash pods.

In the beginning, Suds operated entirely from our home, from storage to packing. We joined startup competitions and incubation programs and won grants from Wala Usik Circularity Hackathon, Shell LiveWire, Coca-Cola Philippines Reimagine Recycling, and WWF Plastic Smart Cities, which helped speed up our growth.

Our business and impact started growing so we took the step of forming our team and moving into our own office and warehouse. Today, our mission continues: reducing plastic pollution in the Philippines, one pod at a time.
